CHOIR SCHEDULE Bell Choir Resumes August 3rd @ 7:15 p.m. Chancel Choir on Summer Break _____________________________________ What Is West Suburban P.A.D.S. P.A.D.S. stands for Public Action to Deliver Shelter and serves the suburbs of Chicago. The P.A.D.S. program provides shelter, an evening meal, and sack lunches. They also provide transitional apartments, counseling, and other types of assistance to many. Every Third Wednesday through April St. Peter’s Youth Group volunteers in lending a helping hand at Grace Lutheran Church, 2700 N. Harlem, Elmwood Park. The monies and food collected go to alternating Food Pantries. September 22, 2010 – “Eddie Cash in Concert” A forever favorite, Eddie Cash, Superstar, in a three hour concert, is not to be missed. This versatile and amazing man has been astonishing audiences across the country and it is a joy to attend his concerts. He is not only a great singer but an outstanding story teller. This production will be held at LaVilla Banquets (another favorite) 3638 N. Pulaski Rd. Tickets are $32.00. Both of these events are organized by Marie’s Happenings, are get there on your own and tickets may be obtained from Florence Papek. Tuesday, October 12, 2010 St. Peter’s Golden Fellowship 50^th Anniversary Celebration. A most important date in Golden Fellowship’s history and also for St. Peter’s United Church of Christ (our supporting body). This event will be held at LaVilla Banquets, 3638 N. Pulaski Road. Please join our membership in celebration of our founding. LaVilla provides a bountiful family style meal and there are always fabulous prizes.
